Actually listen to them, figure out what their needs are, and then explain to them how youโre going to navigate it because one of the biggest challenges in my industry is that you donโt have career plaintiffs, and as much as folks on the other side want to hoot and holler about plaintiff attorneys, and people doing this as a get-rich-quick scheme, thatโs so few and far between. There are bad actors in this industry, but for a lot of folks, itโs the first time they got into a wreck, and itโs the last thing they wanted.โ
